These legal notices apply to the Buzzz Network website, mobile application, and related ecosystem materials. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Child Safety Standards.

1. Product and ecosystem status

Buzzz is building a long-term digital network and token ecosystem. Product features, economics, mining rates, team mechanics, and ecosystem utility are developed progressively. Roadmap items, whitepaper concepts, and marketing materials describe intended direction and are not guarantees of delivery, timing, or performance.

2. Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on this website or in the app is financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. Content about BUZZZ, tokenomics, emission schedules, USDT-equivalent displays, or future utility is informational. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether participation is appropriate for you and for complying with laws that apply where you live.

3. BUZZZ rewards and utility

BUZZZ is the core unit of the Buzzz ecosystem. Today, BUZZZ primarily functions as an in-app reward and progression unit earned through Energy-gated mining, tasks, Claim Boxes, referrals, and related mechanics. Broader utility — including wallets, transfers, applications, and on-chain infrastructure — may expand only as those capabilities are delivered.

In-app balances:

  • Do not guarantee cash value, liquidity, or a right to redeem for fiat
  • May change based on product configuration, anti-abuse enforcement, or technical corrections
  • Are not sold as securities or investment contracts through the current app experience

4. Mining and participation risks

Participation involves technical, product, and regulatory considerations, including but not limited to:

  • Changes to Energy, emission rates, eligibility, or reward formulas
  • Service interruptions, bugs, data loss, or account security incidents
  • Abuse detection that may limit or reverse improperly obtained rewards
  • Regulatory developments that affect digital assets, rewards programs, or mobile apps in your jurisdiction
  • No assurance that future trading, withdrawal, or on-chain features will launch or remain available

5. No guarantee of value or listing

Any tokenomics tables, max-supply figures, or emission curves published on this site describe an intended architecture. They do not promise market price, exchange listings, liquidity, or returns. Past or projected participation metrics are not indicators of future results.

6. Third-party platforms

App Store and Google Play distribution, social networks used for daily tasks, and community channels are operated by third parties. Their rules, availability, and policies are outside Buzzz’s control. Store package identifiers and listing details may be updated as releases ship.

7. Age and safety

Buzzz is intended for users 18+. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. See Child Safety Standards.

8. Governing documents

If there is a conflict between marketing copy and binding terms, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy control for use of the Services.
