Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Buzzz Network (“Buzzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our mobile application (package com.buzzz.network), website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Buzzz Network is a mobile-first participation and rewards network. Features may include:

  • Energy-gated in-app mining of BUZZZ rewards
  • XP, levels, badges, perks, daily tasks, Claim Boxes, and progression systems
  • Team / referral (“hive”) features, including invite codes, team bonuses, and activity pings
  • News feed, push notifications, and profile / settings management
  • Future ecosystem utility for BUZZZ as wallets, transfers, and on-chain features are delivered over time

Features, rates, eligibility rules, and availability may change as the network develops. Mining in Buzzz is lightweight mobile participation mining — not proof-of-work hashing on your device.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Buzzz, you represent that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will use the Services only for yourself. If we learn that an account is operated by someone under 18, we may suspend or delete it. See our Child Safety Standards.

3. Accounts and security

You may create an account with email and password, or continue with Google or Sign in with Apple. You may be asked to verify your email with a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information (username, email, and any optional referral code)
  • Keeping your credentials confidential and securing devices where you stay signed in
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us promptly at support@buzzz.network if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification before certain features or rewards become available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Buzzz lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, our infrastructure, or the integrity of rewards. You must not:

  • Create or operate multiple accounts to farm rewards, Energy, XP, Claim Boxes, or referral bonuses
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, automated farming, or other unauthorized automation
  • Engage in referral fraud, fake teams, collusion, or social-task abuse
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse other users’ data
  • Bypass, interfere with, or reverse-engineer anti-abuse, rate-limit, or security systems
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity or age, or use the Services for illegal activity
  • Upload, share, or promote child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or any content that endangers minors
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other people in connection with the Services

5. Rewards, Energy, and progression

Energy, mining rates, XP, levels, badges, Claim Boxes, team bonuses, referral rewards, and related balances are in-app progression and reward mechanics maintained by Buzzz. They:

  • Are subject to eligibility, anti-abuse, and configuration rules that may change
  • Do not guarantee any particular market value, cash redemption, or investment return
  • May be adjusted, paused, reset, or clawed back in cases of abuse, error, or system integrity issues

Any display of a USDT-equivalent or similar conversion rate (if shown) is informational only and does not create a right to withdraw, sell, or convert rewards unless and until such functionality is expressly offered and completed under applicable rules.

6. Referrals and teams

Invite codes, deep links (including go.buzzz.network / AppsFlyer OneLink), team membership, and pings exist to grow legitimate participation. Referral and team rewards may be denied or reversed if we detect fraud, inactive fake accounts, or policy violations.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts — including balances and progression — for abuse, legal risk, security incidents, or to protect the network. You may delete your account from in-app Settings (OTP confirmation required). After confirmation, deletion is completed within 30 days as described on our Delete Account page. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

8. Intellectual property

Buzzz names, logos, marks, app UI, copy, artwork, and site design are owned by Buzzz or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful participation. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Services may rely on third parties such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase Cloud Messaging, AppsFlyer, app stores, and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Buzzz is not responsible for third-party outages or policies outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZZ DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that rewards will retain any value. Additional risk notices appear on our Legal page.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REWARDS VALUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post a revision. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
