CSAE Compliance Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Buzzz Network (“Buzzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to a safe environment for all users. Our app is designed for adult users (18+). We uphold child safety standards aligned with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards / CSAE requirements and broader international expectations against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

1. Our pledge

Buzzz has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any exploitation of minors. Confirmed violations result in immediate enforcement and, where required, reporting to authorities.

2. Age restriction

  • Buzzz Network is restricted to users 18 years of age or older.
  • By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
  • Accounts identified as operated by minors are subject to review, suspension, and deletion.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (and in no event under 13). See our Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

The following are strictly prohibited in connection with Buzzz (including usernames, profile fields, shared links, invite abuse, support tickets, or any future user-generated surfaces):

  • Sexual content involving minors (real, fictional, edited, or AI-generated)
  • CSAM or links to CSAM
  • Solicitation, grooming, or inappropriate interactions involving minors
  • Trafficking, coercion, sextortion, or commercial sexual exploitation of children
  • Posting or soliciting a minor’s personal information
  • Harassment or bullying targeting minors
  • Use of the Services by anyone convicted of child sexual abuse or related offenses

4. Product context and moderation

Buzzz is primarily a rewards / participation mining network (Energy, mining, teams, tasks, news). It does not currently center on open chat, public posting, or media uploads between users. Even with that limited UGC surface, we:

  • Review safety reports on a prioritized basis
  • May suspend or ban accounts flagged for abuse or policy violations (including isBan / enforcement states)
  • May use a mix of automated signals and human review as product surfaces expand
  • Will apply the same zero-tolerance standard to any future messaging, media, or social features

5. Reporting and response

If you encounter CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or child endangerment connected to Buzzz:

  1. Email our child safety contact immediately: safety@buzzz.network
  2. Include relevant details (username, links, screenshots, timestamps) without further circulating illegal material
  3. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services

Confirmed CSAE-related cases may result in:

  • Immediate removal of content or access
  • Permanent ban of involved accounts
  • Preservation of relevant records for investigations
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and, where applicable, reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) or equivalent authorities

6. Child safety point of contact

Designated child safety / CSAE contact:

Email: safety@buzzz.network
General support: support@buzzz.network

We prioritize urgent CSAE/CSAM escalations.

7. Cooperation with authorities

Where legally required or appropriate, Buzzz cooperates with law enforcement and child-protection organizations, including preserving and disclosing relevant data for investigations related to CSAE/CSAM and child exploitation, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
