Delete Account

You can delete your Buzzz Network account from the app. Deletion is confirmed by an OTP sent to your registered email. After you confirm the OTP, your account is scheduled for deletion and will be removed within 30 days.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Buzzz app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Check your registered email for a one-time passcode (OTP).
5. Enter the OTP in the app to confirm deletion.
6. Once confirmed, your account will be deleted within 30 days.

After you confirm

OTP confirmation starts the deletion process. Your account and associated account data are permanently removed within 30 days, including profile and progression records tied to that account.

Before you delete

Make sure you can access the email registered to your Buzzz account — you need it to receive the OTP. Account deletion cannot be undone after confirmation. If you only want to pause use, you can stop opening the app instead of deleting your account.
